Piknik, który zakończył XVII Kongres Polonii Adwentystycznej w Australii – odbył się w Cardinia Roservoir Park – gdzie przy syto zastawionych stołach w cieniu drzew, każdy znalazł odpowiednie dla siebie potrawy. A naprawdę było w czym wybierać: przeróżne sałatki warzywne, owocowe, swieżo pieczone kiełbaski drobiowe na BBQ i potrawy jarskie..
Było ciast pod dostatkiem i napojów różnego rodzaju.
Piknik stał się czasem relaksu i odpoczynku po „marartonie” kongresowych dwóch dni.
Pogoda dopisała, a co najważniejsze, że nie było zbyt gorąco.
Było to miłe spotkanie wielkiej rodziny adwentowej i spędzony czas na rozmowach i dyskusjach.
Do ponownego spotkania za dwa lata – znowu w Melbourne.

CONGRESS PICNIC
The final get together for the participants of the XVII Congress of Polish Seventh Day Adventists in Australia took place at Cardinia Reservoir Park, on the outskirts of Melbourne.
Here, in the shade of trees and with tables groaning under the weight of delicious picnic fare, everyone was able to find some suitable food – and there was a lot to choose from!
A variety of vegetable and fruit salads, freshly barbequed chicken and vegetarian patties and sausages, lots of cakes and sweets and drinks to boot!
After the two day marathon effort of the Congress, the picnic was a time of rest and relaxation.
The Melbourne weather was kind to us (and most importantly it was not a scorcher!).
This was a wonderful time of fellowship for the entire church family, and was spent in conversation, intriguing discussion and family activity.
We extend an invitation to you all for the next one in two years time – again in Melbourne!
